Beta Program Terms

1. Beta Program Overview

By participating in the BulletNBoard Beta Program, you acknowledge that you are using a version of the Service that is still under active development. The beta version may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features.

2. Development Status

You understand and acknowledge that:

• BulletNBoard is currently in beta/development phase
• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or instability
• Performance may not reflect the final product
• User interfaces and workflows may change significantly

3. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The beta version may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

4. Data and Content

While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your data:

• Data may be lost, corrupted, or reset during the beta period
• We recommend keeping backups of any important content

As a small team in development phase, please understand that:

By participating in the Beta Program, you accept the inherent risks associated with using software under development, including but not limited to:

8. Beta Period

The beta period will continue until we officially announce the general availability release. We will notify beta users when the transition occurs. Beta users will automatically transition to regular users unless otherwise specified.
